Pascal Le Guillanton

Pascal has over 30 years of experience in the yachting industry and 23 of them - as a Captain on both private and charter yachts in the waters of Cote d'Azur, Corsica, Sardinia, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Turkey and Greece.

Pascal is French and speaks fluent English and Italian. During the years of charter experience, and having served guests of various nationalities, he has learnt to adapt and reply efficiently to individual requirements. Pleasant, fun, professional, reliable, volunteer are just few words to describe him.

Passionate about his job, Pascal is a responsible Captain that will put every effort together with his crew into making the guests enjoy their stay on-board. He is always going to assure a professional and discreet service and receives great praise and feedback from previous guests.

Mathieu Doeslch

Mathieu Doeslch

Passionate and detail-oriented, he approaches every challenge with rigor and enthusiasm.

With 13 years of experience in the yachting industry, primarily on charter vessels, including navigation off the beaten track in regions such as Newfoundland, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas, he has developed strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills essential to delivering exceptional guest service.

His modern management style combines professionalism, clear communication, and an outgoing personality that builds strong relationships with guests and crew alike.

An active lifestyle—including golf, motorcycling, water sports, and skiing—has strengthened his precision, balance, and resilience.

Versatile and adaptable, he applies his skills creatively across diverse and meaningful projects, while discipline, energy, meticulousness, and a positive attitude define both his professional and personal approach to life.

Rhys Channon

Rhys Channon

Born and raised in beautiful Cornwall, England. These days, Rhys splits his time between the sunny shores of Florida and my homeland.
He’s have been working aboard yachts for the past 7/8 years on all sizes of vessels all around the world.

During his down time he enjoys traveling to many exotic places surfing while his other interests are, scuba diving, skydiving, sailing, snowboarding and wake boarding.
The crew would describe Rhys as a joyful and sociable person, he always has a story or fact to say to bring conversation in, he is dedicated to his job and you can definitely tell!

Timo Scheffel

Deckhand

Timo Scheffel

Timo was born in Munich and raised in Cape Town. He has worked as a deckhand for three seasons and has a strong passion for the ocean and water sports, with kitesurfing being his favorite.

Christopher James

Deckhand/ Engineer

Christopher James

Christopher James is a dedicated and quick-learning professional with a strong work ethic. He has studied photography and yoga, and has shared these skills by offering courses to guests. With a deep connection to the ocean through surfing and freediving, he remains calm and composed under pressure. His long-term goal is to become an Officer of the Watch (OOW) on a yacht in the Pacific while contributing his photography and videography expertise onboard.

Adam Paul

Adam Paul

Adam is an enthusiastic, motivated, and calm individual with a strong aptitude for teamwork. Mechanics is his passion, both personally and professionally. He has been sailing since the age of six, including match racing on various types of sailing boats. With over 21 years of experience on both motor yachts and sailing yachts, he brings a versatile skill set and solid onboard expertise.

Julien

Engineer

Julien

Julien is originally from Brittany, France. His first experience at sea was serving in the French Navy for two years, which inspired him to pursue a career as a seafarer.
He began his professional career in the Merchant Navy as an engineer and has since built extensive experience in the maritime industry. For the past 14 years, he has worked in the yachting industry as a Chief Engineer, overseeing the operation and maintenance of luxury vessels.

Katinka Bohm

Chief Stewardess

Katinka Bohm

Katinka has over 27 years of experience in the service industry, working across hotels and restaurants in Germany, Namibia, and South Africa, and developing strong operational and interpersonal skills during her time at Palmwag Lodge. She later studied Exercise Science in Cape Town and worked as a personal trainer and stunt performer, gaining experience with high-profile clients and a strong sense of discretion.

Transitioning into yachting, she progressed from stewardess and cook to Chief Stewardess, building expertise in interior operations, guest relations, and team coordination. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, she delivers exceptional service while fostering a positive onboard environment, now bringing her experience to M/Y Come Prima.

Anna Scarpi

2nd Stewardess

Anna Scarpi

Anna is an Italian stewardess with extensive experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality, both ashore and at sea. She has worked in five-star hotels, cocktail bars, yachts, and exclusive events, delivering precise and personalized service.

Her skills include silver service, mixology, bartending, and creating elegant, detail-focused guest experiences. Having lived in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Malta, she brings strong adaptability and cultural awareness. Anna is known for her professionalism, warmth, and calm presence, ensuring every onboard experience is refined and memorable.

Jade

3rd Stewardess

Jade

Growing up at the southern tip of New Zealand, Jade developed a strong connection to the ocean and life on the water. Over the past two seasons, she has worked aboard yachts in some of the most remote cruising grounds, including Western Australia, New Zealand’s fiords, and the Great Barrier Reef.
Jade is known for her warm, professional approach and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Aimee Bartlett

Junior Stewardess

Aimee Bartlett

Aimee has six years of hospitality experience across resort and restaurant environments in New Zealand, with strong housekeeping and guest service skills. She holds degrees in Psychology and Marketing and previously ran a dress rental business, gaining expertise in garment care.

Most recently a Marketing and Communications Advisor at Deloitte, she delivered high-profile events, developing strong skills in discretion and working under pressure. She has since transitioned into the yachting industry, bringing her diverse experience onboard M/Y Come Prima.

Richard Villareal

Chef

Richard Villareal

Richard, a 52-year-old chef aboard the yacht “Come Prima,” is French of Vietnamese origin.

With 17 years of experience in the yachting industry, he also has a strong entrepreneurial background. He notably ran a catering business in Paris for 12 years before opening two Italian restaurants in Thailand.

Today, he divides his time between Thailand, where he primarily resides, and the French Riviera—particularly Monaco—where he works during the summer season.

Passionate about sports and outdoor activities, Richard regularly plays tennis and padel, and also enjoys fishing.
